Selling for scraps. HOW?

How to sell in vendor shops in ex. outpost? I have only option to buy, thats trigger me a lot :(

So why is there so many films on YT, there ppl can? For example, selling cloth in bandit camp.

Depends on the shop. Look on the map which shop offers what at bandit camp/outpost. Items on the left are items for sale, items on the right are the prices for items on the left. For bandit camp you would have scrap on the left and cloth on the right.

The map also shows how much of said item is in stock. If it says "(5 left)" it means you can do 5 transactions until the stock hits 0. Stocks replenish over time.
