Disconnected: Timed out

[Can't Aim]

I keep getting this error no matter what I do. Verified integrity, reinstalled, restarted internet (twice). I even tried joining different servers and got the same error. Did a speedtest (and obviously doesn't determine overall connection) and things look healthy. I am kind of at a loss of what to do. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure who your ISP is, but have you explored that as a problem? Packet loss will cause timeouts.

What would I do if that was the case? Where do I even begin to check if thats the issue? Will be completely honest i have no clue how to do that.

ISP issue unfortunately had to go to them for a fix.
