Is there a way to disable skins?

Some of the skins are ruining my immersion would just like to play without them on.

If you pay money for a skin or get it from some one that placed it on something
don't you think by blocking the way they want ppl to see them is also braking there immersion ?

i have a pool party house so i wear swim suit underwear and colorful sunglasses hiding them would brake my immersion

Should still work.
