This change will be more positive than negative. Like 5% of the community will probably leave while griping - some will even come back to it but it will grow this community two fold.
This will also be more cannon fodder for the skilled players so they shouldn't notice too much difference other than sometimes, one of those newbies might turn out to be a problem for your group.
Whereas before they had no shot in hell of even competing.
Yes, this is a great change for Rust.
I hope every ukn loser quits and rust can go back to being a survival game with player interactions more meaningful that getting 10 shots in the back for 20 wood by a scripter/zerg 13 year old. Play cs if you want a shooter, rust is a survival game not a shooter and never was. Cry more
