In your Rust install folder there's an EasyAntiCheat folder. Inside that is a file named EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe. Run that file.

Same error, tried repairing, uninstalling, installing easy anti cheat to no avail, tried a couple of things suggested on the interweb, no work for me.

Same. I reinstalled stem, rust, tryed to repair anticheat in rust folder, installed new nvidia drivers, non of that helps.
