it needs an update and when i try to it says missing download file i have look at videos and i do what they say but it dont work plz help me

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling

Your antivirus is blocking some of the files. This is currently known to happen with RAV and Bullguard antiviruses. Either remove them from your PC or exclude scanning on the Rust folder, and then verify your files in Steam.

i have done that i turned all of them of and it still don't work
