Does anyone else appeal for a game ban on Rust and has gotten an email back from them?

It's been 34 days from the first appeal I sent to them but still haven't gotten a word back from them. I got game banned because the Rust anti-cheat found something on my brand new pc, but I don't know what it could've been (maybe a 3rd party app like nzxt cam or razer central). I played Apex Legends and Fortnite and they both use the same anti-cheat and I don't get banned on those 2 other games.
So I don't know if actually care about your game ban and leave you like this or maybe they take longer to appeal back to you.

Yes, they will most likely not replay.
They state before you post the appeal that they may not even respond.
