How does the Instrument DLC work?
Does the server need to have it too or something?

it have some instruments but i personally bought sun ´n burn DLC

It unlocks all the instruments for you and you can craft them on any server. In the crafting menu they will show up under the fun section.

Yep, you do not need Blueprints, all the weapons are unlocked, you just need the correct materials to craft them. They work on any server,
