Softcore update makes the game for noobs not fun and its not fair for us veterens

Softcore makes noobs more relient on softcore and it makes the rust experience bad for them because what if they get into a normal server then they will not know what to do because they are use to softcore

more than enough people will still play hardcore, not like this game is going to die anytime soon, also wasnt aware facepunch only had to cater to their veterans

not fair how? you mean like the veterans wont have as many noobs to kick around and abuse while the noobs are learning the ropes? some will keep playing on the soft core servers but most will learn the game play and move on to the hardcore servers and then they wont just be fodder for the vets. then just maybe they wont rage quit and move on to something else and the game will grow. good business decision if you ask me. just my opinion of course.

if a server turns on Softcore mode, reclamation terminals are added to safe zones, each player gets the option to respawn at each safe zone, around half their loot on death is automatically saved (to a reclamation terminal or small stash next to body), and the size limits on teams and auth are added.

Yea you gays are right but I just feel that the struggle is part of learning and it makes the game fun

i bought the game a year before i actually got into and thought i wasted my money because i was a solo and got ♥♥♥♥ on by clans, that wasnt fun, and im sure having friends and playing hardcore will be just as fun with softcore being apart of the game now, you arent going to lose any pop or even notice theres a different mode
