"Publisher Banned" + "Game Banned" - HELP

[DKLZ]

I have owned Rust for maybe 5 years, but only recently got into it. Within the past month or so I have played about 300 hrs, I log in today and started working on my base then boom, kicked. I get a message saying "Publisher Banned".
I have never hacked and never seen the reason why someone would, what do I do?
Ofc people will say "You obviously hacked if you got banned" but literally didnt, I dont know what to do.

There has literally been a false ban wave, Alistair on twitter announced that, a few hours later a ton of people got their bans removed, me included.

Exactly!

False bans are normally rare. I do remember like 2 other times in yrs past when a false ban wave like this happened. Actually, 99% of the false bans i have ever seen happened in a wave like this. Usually it was after an update for EAC came out. A bug was flagging unintended programs.

I said there are ALMOST no Bans that are false. thats a difference. and when there is a ban thats false you get unbanned. these discussions are useless because you will get unbanned if you did´nt cheat.

I created this discussion when I was banned and didnt know what was going on, the discussion was made so I could get some information.

If there are waves of false bans, then by definition you cant claim that there is pretty much no false bans. There are waves of them, so why would you tell someone after they already solved their own issue, something thats not even true?

Even if what you said was true or had any information in it, how would that even help anyone here considering he fixed his issue before you jumped in?

Nah man you shouldve just accepted your ban because it was obviously not an accident or a mistake. If you get falsely banned you just need to suck it up and accept your punishment for doing nothing, dont try to contact anyone. Dont make any posts about it, its your fault.

When i mean there are almost no false bans i mean that there are almost no bans where you´re forever banned if you´re not cheating, not that there are literally almost no false bans.
but seriously how should he even fix his issue here? we arent developers dude, the only thing he can do here is discuss about false bans, thats literally the only thing he can do here. and i just said that because i wanted to help him because it literally does´nt make any sense to start a discussion, because if you did´nt even cheat and you know it you will get unbanned anyways, and if he wants information how to contact the support its better just to google, the people here will insult you anyways and say "dont hack then".

bruh if you pay money for a game and then it bans you through no fault of your own even for a day is unaceptable it just proves time and time again that these anti cheat programs dont work they never have and never will because any competent hacker knows how to get around the useless anti cheat and all it does is punish legitimate players if i were you people i would be demanding my money back and never do business with companies that think its ok to inflict broken software on its userbase but hey people love to defend these anti consumer practices
