Industrial Door Skin is 100% Advantage over non skin

I find that ridiculous that Helk and the gang have let this into the game let alone as a limited time item. I just returned to the game only to find nearly everyone using this Industrial Door Sheet metal skin with the small window in it in order to peer out of your door making sure no one is camping beside it. In order for me to get the same effect, I need to make an entire window wall etc etc. The problem now is you have a certain number of people running around with a skin that gives them an advantage, aswell as having the problem where if you let someone else make a similar design into the workshop, it has an advantage over all the other sheet metal doors. This is unfair and ridiculous for long time players who took a break during the twitch drops and also for every new player that cannot obtain skins like these anymore.

They'll probably end up making something similar again. I think it's alright because it rewards active players and nobody had to pay for it.

Lol compares a shop front to a little wind slit you can literally only see someone if they are sitting right in front of your door you get no extra advantage then having two shop fronts one of each side of the door wait till you find out they did a streamer wooden door skin with a hole in it

Are you aware that the Garry mode hammer has a greater interaction distance than the hammer? Are you aware that for 30$ + you can get an AK with the tip that shines in the dark? How is that okay but not rewarding people who actively follow the game? I didn't tune in for the twitch helmet drop and I live with it well because it's not that much of a game changer.
Same for the door. You're still going to get clapped if a door is your best defence against a door camper. He can just go to the side of the door and you won't see him.

Yeah I agree with you. Skins shouldn't be an advantage.

bumping because i legit relate to this, after returning this week to the game, im very sad to see this and that ninja suit unable to obtain, and i thought it was strange as well why they would do this. I would even think some people who play might just be busy with life during those events with college and such. It does really make me just wanna quit again, which is a shame cuz its the game i (still after 1 year later) have the most hours on steam with.

They have a strange problem now where the glass sheet metal door is much more powerfull then the regular one and making a skin like it would make all others pointless to use. Legit a free peek hole so you don't get door camped as easy. Anyone that argues against me most likely owns the door
