wrongfully getting banned for a suspicious account

Hi i am new to rust(Just recently getting a computer) and I have been playing on a few servers. Last night I went to play wit a few people on stevious 2x medium server but had to get off within 10 minutes. I met up with my team than got off. This morning i tried to get onto the server because they bagged me in and it said i was banned from the server, not the game but the server. Than i went onto a solo/duo server to have fun and said im getting kicked for suspicious account. Can anyone tell me why? I just bought this game with my money and am scared i will lose it.
