Help i sometimes can't do anything in Rust, does anyone know a solution?

So sometimes when i play on a server i just can't do anything in Rust. I cant gather material i cant move material i cant move stuff and i cant consume anything i also cant reload stuff and im not dying. But when i reconnect im dead if someone shot at me it happens everytime i play so please for the love of god does someone know a solution? i tried already installing and reinstalling and yes i have a good internet connection.
