Can't hear the DLC Boom Box Music
All my friends hear songs however for me it is just some creepy rust music boosted.

Have you tried other servers? Some servers block those radio stations. I dont think its a bug.

look in your settings if you have volume for voice props dlc off, or if you are in streamer mode.

The post clearly does not explain where the friends heard the music, so its not as clear as you clearly think it is. Also, if we couldnt help the OP because he didnt give enough information, perhaps you should try giving more information than nothing at all.

its just in options in settings. under censorship at the bottom of the page

this is the most likely cause
I hope OP get's it fixed but I would recon it is this or maybe sound effect volume but this is where to look for all of that as a start point :)
