do you respawn?
What happens when you die? I am curious how death is handled or if it's just determined on the server. What are the populations. You are wonderful.

if you die you drop all the loot you had on you, but you can respawn.

You lose everything you had on you but you can re-spawn.
If you had placed any sleeping bags before you died, you can choose to re-spawn on any of your bags (they have a 5 minute cool-down though); Otherwise you can always re-spawn in a random spot on the beach.
