How do i get or craft high quality bag??

In game you recycle other skins, to cloth, metal and wood, when you have enough of whatever is required for you to craft the item you want you can craft it. If you click on a skin it will tell you what you will get for it.

BE WARNED: If you recycle your skins they are GONE! - All you will have is the materials from recycling.

Okay, but how do you craft them? In Q? Or from the start menu somehow? I bought 1700 HQM from the store and says I can craft high quality bags now with 5 wood 70 cloth and 1 HQM? I HAVE THAT IN MY INVENTORY.
