GPU USAGE 30%
Is there any way for this game to work like a normal game? All other games runs perfectly fine, and my gpu runs at 98%, in rust i only get 30% usage and in some servers i only get 40fps, while i can run this game at 90+. PC SPECS ryzen 5 2600x, 1660 super, 16gb ram 3200mhz

There other games that work the same as this one. Some games your cpu and memory have more of a impact on fps. I think some video cards are more optimized for this game then others. I have a 1070ti and i get around 100 to 120fps on medium settings. Ryzen 7 3800x and 32gb 3200 ram. I just ran some tests. i run the game at 1080 and my gpu usage is around 60% if i change my resolution to max 4k my gpu usage hits 95+ usage.

GPU usage will not be 100% just because you want it, this is something a lot of people get wrong and it's not how things work.

Any game will use as much GPU power as the engine needs and no more.
Just like how you don't use your full strength to lift a feather from the ground, because you don't need to, even if you had the strength to lift a heavy rock.

An old card with a new game will be used 100%.
While a new more powerful card would be able to achieve the same with less usage.

I hope that clears things up.

nope, the GPU will render no more frames than it receives data for rendering from the CPU. The CPU may not be able to keep up with preparing frames for the GPU due to a large amount of data or a slow memory subsystem.

Exactly this and also depends of your ingame quality settings the higher you go the more gpu % you use.
