Busted horses / Decaying structure in build radius
Building a seperate little building outside of your main TC Base if it's not attached to the first building it decays ...That's so pathetic ... And horses just run flat into hills then completely stop then finally start walking again oh no another hill runs flat into it... Sure let's add cars

Ok so what you do is keep horses mostly on roads. Cause ya they can suck in the hills, super frustrating.
Build a new TC out of range of the first TC.

the TC has to be attached to the structure/building or it will decay... the only exceptions are walls and furnaces and refineries etc as those are placed within the TC perimeter where you have build privileges.

If you're trying to make a little defense bunker its gonna have to be either attached to the main structure of your base... or... build it outside the Base TC zone and place an additional TC in that bunker. Ultimately you can create a small cluster of these around your base... perimeter defense blisters, and then have more defenses inside the base compound.
