Basically i just won Rustypots 100 dollar giveaway but i havent put any skins into their website in the last 30 days i need to find a site to buy skins with that uses paypal. Cheers

you will, also they will target people on your friends list and scam them, steal their accounts, ect...

in the end, your just attributing to the scam/gambling site nonsense that has been running amok in steam for years.



btw, buying/selling skins outside of steam is against steam TOS/rules, as well as talking about doing it in steam forums.

It happened to a friend of mine, except they didn't get a game ban, they noticed their account got stolen just in time.
