Claimed Drops but not in inventory?

Claimed my drops from this event and the last twitch event but still have not recieved the drops in my inventory.

I have the correct account linked as well.

I guess unlink it and link your accounts again

You can't claim them if your using family sharing. Need to own the game.

Adding onto this, family sharing previously worked but does not anymore due to previous abuse.

i got all my drops in my rust inventory the second i claimed each drop.

edit: i will also add, if your playing when getting these drops, you may have to restart the game, or refresh the inventory in-game on the menu?

Not using family sharing just to clarify, i've tried restarting the game, steam and so on. As i said the drops from the first Twitch event didn't come through earlier but have done with previous steam titles.

Same problem here, i have Rust in my library, and claymed the door, but i didn't have this in my inventory. Now I'm with 57% of the last item and the door dindn't come to me, the other itens are OK.

I am using family sharing, If they stopped the drops which are tradable/marketable I am fine with that, but why stop the untradable ones? makes no sense..

You just need to login in with your twitch and steam accounts in
Facepunch [twitch.facepunch.com], if you are still not seeing your items in your inventory, on the same page will display 3 buttons (Logout, Unlink Account, and Check for missing drops) you can press the button on the right to check for missing drops.

All of these were done, and were not the problem as i said. I received other drops from Rust and still have but it was just a few items from that event.

Hope you can help im having trouble i have claimed my drops in twitch but they are not showing in Rust or in Steam is anyone able to help
