Blurry Textures, how to fix this?

Ok so i got new pc and before ive been playing on potato graphics on my old one, when i got this one i turn graphics up and my textures of nodes sometimes clothes and weaapons/tools i take in my hand become blurry for a second then return to normal, why is this happening is it a rust bug or graphics settings or is it something to do with my pc? Pc specs: Ryzen 5 3600
Rtx 2070 super
16gb ram
240gb ssd (free space is 130gb so its not ssd bug)

Try this:

Go to Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Rust > cfg and delete "client.cfg" and then reload your game. See if that refreshes everything for you.
