Reinforced glass window?

I have not jumped into the game yet, looking at rustlabs, and I noticed that, the original reinforced glass window, level 1 WB version, got nerfed? It is renamed to strengthened glass window and lost around third of its health. And the level 3 wb armored window bars(?) is now the reinforced glass window with the health of the original reinforced glass window.

Nevermind, you need level 2 wb to craft the strenghtened glass window and it is weaker then the original.

Edit: Garage door also requires level 2 WB now. Boiiiiii
