BUT to be sure, are you 100% sure your soundcard even support 7.1?
And if the v1 has a extern sound control unit, if it does, have you checked if the 7.1 symbol is turned off or on?
Ya my motherboard has built in 7.1 surround support, no soundcard needed. And ya i believe the V1 and V2 Tiamats both use the same control unit and yep it's lit up. Like i said before though, i've never had this issue until now with Rust. Every other game it sounds just spectacular in.
