Are there Human NPCs in the game?
so my brother was playing rust yesterday, and he kept running into people wearing hazmat suits, and wielding assault rifles and combat knives. the exact same 2 things for all the people he encountered. so my question is, do human NPCs exist in the game?

hm. another thing of interest was that there were no players online at the time either.
