rust freezing and crashing on startup. Fix

Hey steam community, recently, for a reason I do not know my rust froze and eventually crashed right after startup, and after playing with settings for a couple of hours this is my solution. Hope it helps somebody and would spare them some time and nerves. I have an Nvidia card and this may not work on Intel or Radeon graphics.
Reinstalling the game and verifying files did not help. Neither did the driver update. Running as admin did not help. Note, that I have a GTX 1080 and i7-7700k, - hardware was not an issue. I did a lot of changes and not sure what exactly solved the issue, but here's what I did:
-When installing new NVIDIA drives, performed a clean install, and installed GeForce experience.
- Changed rust launch options to "-autoconfig".
- Uninstalled Discord and Restarted (discord interferes with facepunch games for some reason.)
- Disabled GeForce overlay (disable every overlay, e.i. overwolf, or radeon, - these interfere with facepunch games.)
-When new drivers and GeForce experience installed optimized settings for rust, you might have to go further and go to custom settings and adjust to max performance.
- Reinstalled and Repaired BattleEye anti cheat.
After all this the game launched and loaded up properly.
Hope that this will give you ideas of what else you can try to do to start your game if somethings goes wrong. Gool Luck, hope this helps.

I tried just adding -autoconfig to my launch options and it fixed it...
