How i can get wood or metal for craft skins ?

Yeah, but i bet they plan to change it in the future. I hope so atleast since in it's current state it is completely useless.


Yes and no, depends what you mean. If you kill someone you can take his gear and the gear will keep the same skins he crafted them with. But you will not gain the ability to craft those skins yourself.

any variants make blueprints or another way to learn taked skins ?

Currently the only way to craft a different skinned or colored item is to own the skin on the Steam Community Market. If you kill someone, you cannot craft the skins he was wearing, but you will have the ability to wear his jacket or item that has the skin on it (until that item is despawned or you lose it), so there is no other way to get blueprints of the skins.
