So I have been looking at the market and then I saw the additions of Cloth, Wood, and then the Low Quality Bag which have now pictures. What are they???

looks like low quality bag is like a tf2-like common crate that can give common clothing skins and will probably be free to open. Cloth is probably going to be used so that you can break down clothing skins into the cloth to trade up for a higher quality skin the more cloth you use.

You can basically recycle your old skins for cloth and make bags, which you open to get a new skin.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but Steam, or Rust/Facepunch, wants you to spend $0.77 on 10 cloth and 1 wood to get a bag that contains .05c - .07c skins? Am I misunderstanding this?
