Hello I managed to install oxide and plugins backpacks on my local part, in the text file he tells me:

This plugin uses Oxide's permission system. To assign a permission, use oxide.grant <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>.

I write in the client console: use oxide.grant <user or group> (my steam name or my steam id)
But it does not work.

I do not understand ... I have to write in the client console or in the F1 console or in the source files of the backpacks plugins?

i assume you are the admin?.. in that case it would be oxide.grant user or group , id or group name then permission name.

Example: oxide.grant group admin /default backpacks.use or oxide.grant user xxxxxxxxxxx backpacks.use.


Also for future permissions when you decide to add even more plugins that require permissions i do suggest you get Player Administration or https://umod.org/plugins/player-administration#documentation or Permission Manager https://umod.org/plugins/permissions-manager#documentation

What this plugin do is simply let you type 1 command to enter the plugin option and then it lets you set permission for each user or group..
Playeradmin lets you see everything on a GUI window but it only works per player while the Permmanager works for a whole group.
