Can't install .Net Framework 3.5 Error 0x800f081f (FIXED)

When the game asks me to install that .Net Framework, it says "Searching for required file" and doesn't do anything else beside that. Any help?

EDIT: Fixed. I will help you fix it aswell. Follow the next steps to fix Error 0x800f081f:

1. Search in Windows "Turn Windows features on or off".

2. If you have .Net Framework 3.5 there but it's not checked, click the box next to it.

2.5. If it's not working, and it's failing on you, continue the next steps.

3. Download {LINK REMOVED}this file.

4. Once you've download the file, move it to C:/ and leave it there.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT EXCRACT THE FILES.

5. Next you will have to launch CMD (with Administrator)

6. Now paste the following command into CMD:
Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /source:C:\ /LimitAccess
And press enter. It should show the progress in CMD, once it's at 100% go back to "Turn Windows features on or off" and check .Net Framework 3.5 if it's not checked yet.

That's all. Taht's how I fixed my issue. I hope I helped you aswell.

Already fixed the problem, and I have no interest in modded servers

I know it's a long time ago now, but do you remember what file you had linked? It's been removed. I don't have an ISO image of windows (I'm on a group license) so cannot complete the steps. Any help appreciated ;-)
