Difference Splitter and Electrical Branch?
Is the only difference that they go from 1 input to 2 outputs and from 1 input to 3 outputs or is there anything else?

Splitters always devide the input across the outputs evenly - good for variable inputs like solar panels or windmills to feed batteries evenly.
Branch is better used when you want to brach a fix amount of power to a smaller circuit- like you need only 10v to power a chain of 5 lights.
Otherwise they work similarly.
