But you could also go and check the bindings file and check if there is something that can be changed, bcoz sometimes even if you reset it in-game, it might not have been reseted in the file bcoz for whatever reason that can be.
So if you have an old keyboard with these limits, the only way to fix it is to either change your keybinding so that one of the letter or number keys is jump (won't help if the input per category limit is 1, or if there is a low overall limit on all keys combined).... or get a new keyboard.... or in this case a new laptop.
If this is indeed the case for you, then there is nothing you can do in the game or via any software solutions that can fix it. It is purely the way your hardware was designed.
Most modern keyboards don't have these limits at all.
