WHY CAN'T I JUMP WHILE HOLDING SHIFT?

So whenever I'm holding down shift, I can't jump or change weapons. It isn't Sticky keys isn't it because I've already turned that off.

If this has happened to you and you know a solution please put it in the comments. It's hard without Sprint jump :(

I've already done that. I checked, went through and even reset them...

then that seems very wierd., that normally happens when there is a binding conflict.
But you could also go and check the bindings file and check if there is something that can be changed, bcoz sometimes even if you reset it in-game, it might not have been reseted in the file bcoz for whatever reason that can be.

you most likely have the same problem as me, and your keyboard does not support 3 keys at the same time ( W+ shift + space)

in other word, Ghosting. Yes, perhaps OP's keyboard doesn't have anti-ghosting.

isnt most modern laptop are anti ghosting? try buying cheap anti ghosting keyboard.

This sounds like an issue with your keyboard. Some keyboards, especially older keyboards, have overly strict limits on how many of each "type" of input you can use at once. Some even limit it to one each. Shift and Spacebar are typically considered the same "category"

So if you have an old keyboard with these limits, the only way to fix it is to either change your keybinding so that one of the letter or number keys is jump (won't help if the input per category limit is 1, or if there is a low overall limit on all keys combined).... or get a new keyboard.... or in this case a new laptop.

If this is indeed the case for you, then there is nothing you can do in the game or via any software solutions that can fix it. It is purely the way your hardware was designed.

Most modern keyboards don't have these limits at all.

you could get a usb keyboard with anti ghosting to side step the laptop keyboard input problem
