Keep getting kicked off servers.

This started about 5 days ago. I was playing and my game lagged out and got disconnected from the server I was on. It just says I timed out. The past 3 days its been every 15-20 minutes I'm timing out and getting kicked. It doesn't matter what server I play on they're all the same.

I have tried:
clearing steam cache
verifying Rust files
unistalling and reinstalling Rust
running cleaners on my SSD
repairing my EAC install

I don't know what else to do I have 2k hours logged on the this gaming rig and it has ran Rust flawlessly until now. Any one have any other tips I can try to fix this?

Ur internet could be culprit. Use a cable from router to pc and make sure it's not suffered damage that could compromise ur connection like I dunno a massive hole on the side of the box.

I’m hardwired to the router pulling 500-700mbps ping is usually 30 on the server I spend most of my time on.

I have this same issue let me know if you ever find a fix
