FACEPUNCH IS IGNORING MY TICKETS
WOW IT SEEMS FACEPUNCH WANTS MORE MONEY TO RESPOND TO TICKETS.
THEY MUST THINK THEIR GAME IS WORTH MORE THAN 30€ SO THEY DON'T CARE.

Dear Support,

It seems my first ticket got miss placed so here is a follow-up.
For the last 4-5 weeks, I can NOT join any server, Official, Community or Modded.
At every attempt, I get the following message:
Disconnected: Connection Attempt Failed

Since I have tried the following:
I have forward ports 28015-28016 on my router
I have opened ports 28015-28016 on my windows firewall
I have allowed all TCP/UDP for RustClient
I have repaired and reinstalled AntiCheat
I have reinstalled Rust
I have verified files integrity

None of the above helped.

Extra information:
I run windows 10 64bit 1803
Specs are more than enough for Fantastic settings
VDSL internet connection

I also attach a photo of the in-game error and my router if it may help you.

Also they actually found my first ticket. Merged them and still didn't respond.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
