@OP your only option is to file an appeal on the EAC website. posting here in the community forums wont accomplish much of anything positive.
You could have downloaded the new bloody driver that allows you to play without the no recoil and still set DPI settings so nice try, back to Knight online for you

You ignored the warning - and just unplugged and replug your bloody mouse and kept using the "software".
They dont want players to used software to enhance your skill, EAC tracks that.
You broke your privileges to play Rust when you crossed that line.
They have the right to enforce their contracted rights to remove you from the game for ignoring rules.
