Attach main base to 2x1 starter - multiple TC

Since my 2x1 starter is in a good spot I wanted to attached the main base to the starter and use the 2x1 starter as additional protection from one side of my main. This should also confuse some players, where the main entrance is. But should I destroy the TC in the starter? Is there any downside to such a concept?

You cannot stack Tc’s and attach foundation just have 1 in the center of your main
