Rust Recoil encourages Scripting And Botting

This fact is real from a Dev perspective the thought proccesse is lets make it so everyone has complete ♥♥♥♥ aim with the ak so that when you have botters/scripters you stand zero chance

why even use the ak when you miss 27 shots full auto at 50 meeters when the thousands of hackers/scriptors LAZER ak 47 from 300 metters away landing everyshot

know i know many of you will come in here and be like i can do that without mods
my response is... get a grip

if you want to play rust and have fun the game encourages scripting/botting

no other game on the market gives a hacker more satisfaction like rust

Lower all recoils in the game = more balanced gameplay vs players and botters

my point of veiw is that it is actually possible to controll the ak spay very well. it's a pattern after all. I'm able to spay the ak with almost zero recoil without any scripts/cheats. however, i do agree that the way the ak is set up, scripting and cheating is probably very tempting for some and 100% there are hackers. Hacking using something like aimbot is very different then scripting. with some hack there is zero aimcone and with scripts there is still aimcone but the recoil is extreemly reduced. I think the best way to fix scripting is to just make the recoil pattern random every time you spray it. not in a dramatic way like the s/z shap it is now but make the recoil more like a semi-auto rifle, and then open the aim cone up alot. by opening the aim cone up and reducing the felt recoil the gun would behave like a more real ak47 vs a scripters wet-dream. the ak should not be able to be sprayed from 100+ meters anyway. Its extreemly un-realistic. randome strait down recoil pattern with an opend aim come= no more scripting. Just my 2 cents...

Though I hate the AK recoil I think if they were to change the recoil so many people would be pissed because they learned this recoil and them switching it is just a nuisance for the person to learn it and forget the previous one. I mean if you played when they just changed to this recoil many poeple were outraged some even quitting because of how much they changed the recoil and how hard it was to learn the new one. although your saying it will be less recoil it will still be a nuisance. This game already has very little players if people quit it will become more dead. I love this game and don't want it to die so I disagree with you.

^Your not wrong that is actually correct When your 10 feet away form a wall..... lets see that accuracy 75-150 meeters out
lets see you land 4 bullets out of 30 full auto

The AK isn’t meant for everyone, that’s why you have the LR ;)

AK recoil isnt easy to learn. But is possible. I have like 1600 between 2 accounts and the ak recoil is controllable at far range. Scripting isnt a smart move for when they start finding ways to patch it out, players that learn the recoil wont be affected and will still be better players. Scripting players will go way below those players
