How much does 1 hqm cost and whats their upkeep?

hqm is High Quality Metal, you get its ore when mining metal (not when just picking up ore chunk) , then you smelt it just like normal metal or sulphur ore, and then you get H.Q.M,
upkeep of building parts made from hq metal is shown on tool cupboard (note that it shows total upkeep per hour for all building parts currently in range of that tool cupboard)
if you don't have tool cupboard then anybody can make stairs to your windows and then just take them and take from your base what they need/want

still anybody can place ladders on walls, even if you have tool placed in base/home

HQM ore drops as last from metal ore node (last hit) depending of server drop rates - accordingly low on original servers
