I was hoping it , for nearly a decade I wrote and begged Facepunch everytime i reported a cheater to brig this game on console , and now it happens!!!

FINALLY RUST WITHOUT AIMBOT AND ESP hackers!!!

Edit: Please make sure to implement a lagswitch detector that kicks people when they do it,
technically you think about this: "upstream and downstream of data must be in relation, else it is a lagswitch "

Sorry folks, but consoles aren't going to get rid of cheaters especially if this game continues to use RakNet at its core.

I like TAC4 Pro and XIM, shooters on consoles are already played with mouse and keyboard by standard since a good decade.
Only very casual players dont use it for shooters and yes, everyone in the console community knows that.

Well, nothing is unhackable, but console is MUCH more of a challenge to cheat at. It isnt as simple as buying a script from a website and downloading it. There is a lot less cheaters in consoles for a reason.

console has plenty of cheaters and it is very easy, not only can they load cheats in through a usb flash drive, among other ways, but they can also mod controllers and do macro functions and scripts.

lets not forget the use of mouse and keyboard on consoles, console players call that cheating as well, quite a few game devs have started blacklisting the use of mouse and keyboard on console lol.
