How to get fast good items? C4? AK? Scrap? How?

Hi, for some time I started to play on the new update from Workbench and Research Table and still do not understand how fast people get C4 and AK?
I'm playing specifically on servers from / trade to buy C4.
What is the fastest way to get C4 to learn it?
Or do you know a good way to quickly get scrap? I have a problem getting Workbench LVL 3 on x5 / 10 servers and people get it on vanilla !! How do you get this Scrap or C4 so fast?

Elite Crates, down heli's and get lootdrops. That's the fastest way to gearing up.

Best done with a group for obvious reasons.
