Razer Synapse = Ban?

I want to play Rust again but i heard Logitech software = perma ban.

i dont use logitech except webcam but i have Razer Synapse.

It offers Macro for Mouse clicks into keys EG Mouse button 3 = Button G

I dont use Macro anyway as theres no need but I uses Surround sound which requires Razer Synapse otherwise it wont work. it helps me to track sounds and movements

is it safe to run it while having the game open though>

and macro doesnt offer in game mouse movements only rebinds keys/ afk

its safe to run as long as you have no scripts pre configered. remove any scripts you have xD

i got no scripts xD. I only uses Razer Surround as i said for sounds and tracking footsteps, since it requires Razer Synapse to work.

Getting a account banned with plenty of games and hours banned isn't worth it

Ye getting falsely banned for something like this would be so dumb. and i dont think the devs ever spoke to community here either so if someone do happen to get banned innocently chances are they will never get unbanned unless they know devs/ managers personally

I searched and read posts saying that Logitech is safe and then suddently all ban posts appears where ppl get banned from installing it or something

ye thanks i appreciate the help. if all third party software = ban that would be pretty f up. I play DBD, For Honor which also uses Easy Anti Cheat but i think Facepunch has the strictest rules when it comes to softwares and bans

Got over 1.2k hours into the game and I used razer synapse since the start, as you can see I'm not banned yet.

From my understanding the mouse itself won't get a ban. It's if you are using macros on it while in game. But like somebody else said here, might wanna check. Better safe than sorry.

got 500+ hours and used synapse for every single one of those. I've yet to see a single game that bans for this software...it is mandatory after all for anyone with a razer mouse...

And razer macros just send the exact same input as clicking a button on the mouse or keyboard does so it won't be able to detect macros
