Outpost Stealing
Can someone take stuff out of my recycler/ oil refinery in outpost?

They can't as long as you have the recycler or refinery open, I don't think it's locked if you walk away though.

When you have the window open for the recycler when other try to use it it says its occupied.
Make sure to remove all items after your done - the next person might be spam clicking on it to steal from you if you forget.

I am not sure about the refinery.
