If not, get one and move Rust over to it. It works wonders.
Has for OP i have a 1060 and i get 90fps on fantastic .. the game is weird , should just be happy you at least get 50-60fps(which is the norm) . Sadly i have nothing to suggest to you outside of what you could find easely on the net(update driver , clean disk, etc(basic stuff))
You're also only trying to play on 60Hz correct?
