No space in TC

Is there anything I can do or do I need to join every few hours to fill tool cupboard ?
It is honestly ruining whole building potential...

Play on a no decay server, or get rid of all of the stuff that isn't building material (such as animal fat, cloth, scrap) other than that nothing you can really do.

The only way you would need to do that so often is if you had a clan base that the TC still somehow covers everything. Either way there's half-decay servers, no-decay, MODDED servers with high stacks and high resource rates; 5k-9k resource stacks, 5x - 10x gather; if something isn't how you like it; there's many servers to choose.

Built a base too big - somehow developer is the issue.
Maybe don't play vanilla if you want to make a clan base?

Yes, I play vanilla. Clan base ? I just want a base that won't get raided in few hours. Vanilla is how Facepunch wants this game to be. And this is really bad. I've seen many players glitch or exploit this, because they had no more space in TC. I don't want to do that. But it looks like the only option if you want to keep your "clan" base pretected for some time.

My base isn’t finished yet, it already has 25 hrs upkeep. So I have to play every day. I would say it’s 1/3 finished. So I can’t build what I planned cuz it would have 8 hrs upkeep. And it’s not big. If you played Rust few years ago, bases like this were pretty common.

Most bases I've seen (built properly to withstand raiding) are big enough for 3 people and all your gear and storage and a full TC keeps it going for 4-5 days. Sounds like you've built a base way to big to upkeep on your own. Like others have said, if you want to avoid the mechanics of the TC and build a village, go on a modded server.
