Just record every withdraw/deposit so if there's a problem you can easily get a refund.
Think with your head and keep safe.
Yes, you know why? the site has an warning that only people old enough should gamble, if a kid is gambling on the site its the parents fault,(I do know that even with a warning any children can get in) Gambling too is a form of entertainment, you just need to control yourself, its the parent fault if he does not search why his credit card has getting higher bills and does not check with his son to see what is happening.
Yes the site could have better protection against children, but its not like they did nothing do prevent that, still, im not supporting exploting children into gambling, but its not all the site fault.

It is entirely the sites fault. Working in the gambling industry myself, I can say with 100% accuracy that any case of underage gambling that goes to court will always be ruled against the gambling establishment. As the provider of the service, it is entirely their responsibility to ensure they are conducting their business legally, including taking measures to ensure their patrons are if legal gambling age. Having some disclaimer buried in a TOS won't cut it. They'll need to use a system that'll verify users' age if they want to prove reasonable measures were used to avoid accountability.
Well you are certainly wrong in this case, All online gambling sites like this are required to do is have the warning when you enter site and the warnings all over the website, strib clubs require ID and all forms of protection so minors cant get in, but porn sites dont need to the same precautions. Either way your point regardless doesnt change what he said REGARDLESS. If a kid got into a casino and was gambling the casino would get in trouble but 100% guaranteed the parents or guardians would also get in trouble. It IS the parents fault 100% These sites arent exploiting children, they are exploiting adults like all other forms of adult entertainment, but kids happen to get involved also at times just like with EVERY other form of adult entertainment. these sites do all they should have to do to keep kids from using there site, Its ultimately the parents job to keep there kids from these sites. If you think its not please never be a parent because you will be a terrible one
