Something needs to be done about either the Rad Suit or the Missile Silo

Something happened previously to where it is impossible to survive the radiation within the main building. Radiation gets up to 18 when wearing a rad suit, and bracing that for around 7 floors is impossible. At that point - you're getting damaged faster than you can bandage yourself if you happened to bring 400 cloth with you, like I did.

Now, mix that with the cold. The Missile Silo is already hard enough to survive - but put it in the winter biome, and its literally impossible. As, on top of the radiation, you're now too cold at around -20 when wearing the rad suit.

How the hell can people get the chests from the top and survive?

The launch site is designed to be tough to protect the high tier loot it contains. Meds, pills, water, and food (preferably chicken or mushrooms) will get ya up there just fine.
