Graphics Cards: GTX 1050 ti?
I was going to upgrade the graphics card in my computer and was thinking about a GTX 1050 ti. Is this good enough to get decent frames on middle level video settings? If not, any recommendations? Thanks

It should be more than enough but just for refrence what other specs do you have? For refrence i have a gtx 1070 it 3770 K 16 gb of ddr3 ram and a ssd for this game, and i run it at ultra with everything max but only at 60 fps when i should be getting higher fps mainly due to my stupid cpu and ram.

If I upgrade to 1050 ti:
i7 6700
16g ram
1050 ti
No SSD (I don't think that will be a prob)

Im not sure if this game relys on cpus alot but i dont understand why i was getting 55-60 on a 1070 which i just bought which means you should be fine since you have a great cpu. But before that i had a gtx 750 ti and got 35 frames on the lowest settings.

Gotta wonder why you have an i7 which is considerable overkill and then gimp out by getting a cheap card? Unless you really don't have much too spend I would atleast recommend a 1060 or 1070. The 1050-Ti will be outdated very quickly.

Yeah I bought this computer pre built, not as a gaming computer. I didn't really know much about computers back then and now i realize its time to upgrade, so probably a mistake. But im not running super hard games, so will it still be that big of a deal?

Nah a 1050ti will be fine for most current games at decent settings, it's just that better cards are of course more future-proof and will save you money in the long run (if you were to upgrade again).

Edit: you might actually want to look at getting an RX 480 rather than the 1050 ti. It's only about ~50 more expensive yet considerably more powerful and performs much better with regards to DirectX 12 (which will become more and more prominent in the coming years).

A gtx 1060 3gb is also a excellent option for 1080p gaming and the zotac mini only costs about 50 more and is more powerfull than the rx 480 at dx 11 but not dx 12 games.
