Building Privilege hacks?

My base got raided again last night. This was the second time I've seen people build up right next to me with stairs. This second time I even stoned in a new cupboard where they were building and only authorized myself. Is there some sort of hack these people are using to get past the cupboard or what?

Not really into hacks, but could it be a fly hack?

That being said, i really hope then had a way to check who is authorizated in a TC.

I don't think they had a fly hack. I watched them build up to my roof even when I had the cupboard set there. That's why I was asking about some sort of building hack that disregards the cupboards you set. I'll just have to say that's probably so and keep that mindset when I build my next base. It just sucks cause you're under the impression that this would be working and people are skirting it somehow.

Cupboards only cover current level and above... so if you placed one on the roof and nothing else they absolutely can build right next to you up to that level.

I set the cupboard on the 3rd floor and one on the first foundation out where they started building and walled it in. I was just wondering if anybody else had similar experiences. The rest of the raid went legit though. They picked through. Maybe it's a glitch. It took them a second to find my loot room so they probably couldn't see through the walls. Who knows, I figured I'd ask about it here. Thanks everybody.

not even admins can do what your describing, the only way they could have built up as your indicating would be 1 of two ways....

first they grabbed your TC and ran away when u werent watching....secondly would have been a spook raid on you where they blew in grabbed the TC and rebuilt what they destroyed then left only to come back later...did you wipe the building permission?

on a side note, are you sure the admin wasnt raiding you...he could have just no clipped your building, grabbed the tc, then gone back outside to make it look legit...this is the only 3 ways to do what your describing, I'd call admin abuse

They were just outside the building cupboard radius i bet. Everyones a hacker when you get wrekt or raided!!

They didn't have access to my TC and definitely weren't authorized. I'm not trying to be salty about I was just curious. Miles, I'd say yes to what you're saying but they put foundations all the way up to my base. I thought where it said "Building Privilege" on your screen is where they ARE NOT able to build. Maybe I'm wrong.

a tool copboard protects you one floor down and several floors up. Sometimes players can build against your base, because the place their standing isn't protected by the tool cupboard. You should walk around your base to see for yourself, where you could build and where you couldn't.
