Getting launch code error 10011 (failed to start game)

I was playing last night and I went to bed and woke up and now the game keeps crashing. I checked the integrity, reinstalled, turned off my firewall. Still nothing is working.

What Windows version do you have? Do you use any anti-virus?

I have windows 10 and I have bitdefender 2018

Thanks for the quick reply! We will check out if there's an incompatibility issue with Bitdefender 2018.

In the meanwhile, could you try adding the game folder to anti-virus exceptions list to see if it helps?

No problem, I already added it to the list and made sure it was allowed. Nothing was changed I went to bitdefender to see what I needed to do.

I have the same issue and configuration. Adding the game dir to Bitdefender exclussion list didn't helped at all. As well as reinstalling and EasyAntiCheat service repairing.

We've reverted the latest anti-cheat update now while we investigate the issue with BitDefender 2018 further. Sorry for the inconvenience, starting the game now should work.

The problem in souyth america is a submarine cable was damaged, i cant use the steam app on my pc i only can use the internet steam.
