Banned for playing with a cheater?

I played with a group of people and now i am banned from rust, i am assuming this is because of one of my group people deciding to cheat on the server we played on, if i never knew he was a cheater do i still get the full punishment?

There s absolutely NO way the anti cheat can ban YOU if someone ELSE used hacks. So you tried/installed something too.

Anti cheat doesnt know if u assosiate with the cheater, u will only get a game ban if YOU cheated... You can only get server bans for association

1.) If you used or loaded a hack then EAC banned you.
2.) If you didn't hack then you were in a clan with hackers and banned by association (ignorance isn't an acceptable excuse just like in the real world)

The anticheat here is solid and won't ban you if you werent cheating or clanned with cheaters. You either used racist terms in chat while a game Dev was on, f***ed with a game dev (like my dumbass did so long ago). OR your Bi*ch a** was cheating and used a hack and deserve your ban.

1. Nobody here can help you.

2. EAC and VAC does not issue bans because you played with a cheater. That would be grounds for legal action, as you cant know whats on another persons pc.

3. Any bans for playing with a cheater would be from non official servers, and would be admin based. I am actually banned on half the unofficial servers, cause some child admin added me to the Modded servers global ban list. That was 2 years ago. I can play on any official server, as I am not banned from the game,, just some child cuck got man cause I raided him, and he abused his admin powers.


4. You should know nobody is gonna help you with a cheater thread.
