Why can't I learn a blueprint?

I have a revolver blueprint in my inventory, but when I click "Learn Blueprint" nothing happens. Why?

Looks like I was just an idiot and not checked it, aparrently somehow I've already learned it...

I research the rf transmitter and learn the bp and yet it won't show in my electrical craft... am I missing something?
